Please inform us of your desired treatment along with some basic personal information. 线上预约手术时间
Make an Appointment
1.评估后确定手术日期，告知术前须知及注意事项。
2.确认手术日期后，如需改期需提前告知。
1. After initial evaluation, a date for treatment will be confirmed. Preoperative instructions and precautions will be provided.
2.If you wish to make a change to your appointment after the date for treatment has been confirmed, please inform us in advance.

预付订金
Deposit Payment
预约手术后会请您汇款手术费用的30%为订金，如须了解受款方式与转帐资料的话，请来电询问。
After making an appointment for surgery, you will be asked to remit 30% of the surgery fee as a deposit.Please contact us if you have any further questions about remittance.

Preoperative Reminder
菲仕美会先寄发手术事前注意事项及预约提醒单给您，
并于手术前一天电话或者线上联络，提醒您术前注意事项。
Facemay will send you the precautions before the operation and the appointment reminder, and contact you the day before the operation to remind you of the precautions before the operation.

Clinic check-in
请您于预定的时间至菲仕美整形外科诊所报到，
报到后即会帮您安排医师谘询沟通。
Please report to Facemay Plastic Clinic at the scheduled time,
and we will help you arrange consultation and communication with doctors after registration.

收费
Payment Methods
确认手术项目及预约日期，术前完成缴交疗程费用(诊所接受新台币NTD、人民币CNY、美金USD)如须了解受款方式与转帐资料的话，请来电询问。
Following confirmation of treatment(s) and treatment dates, full payment has to be completed. (NTD, CNY and USD accepted.) Please contact us if you have any further questions about remittance.

手术/疗程准备
Surgery/Procedure Preparation
与医师做术前沟通完毕后开始准备手术前的准备，您需要签订一些疗程相关文件以及支付疗程尾款，接着开始疗程前医疗相关准备。
After the pre-operative communication with the doctor, start preparing for the pre-operative preparation. You need to sign some treatment-related documents and pay the final payment for the treatment, and then start the medical-related preparations before the treatment.

Postoperative Health Education
这手术/疗程结束后会为您做手术后的卫教，教导您如何术后护理，并为您预约下一次的複诊时间，在台湾这段时间我们将会持续关怀照护您。
After the operation/treatment is over, we will give you post-operative health education, teach you how to take care of the operation, and make an appointment for your next follow-up visit. We will continue to take care of you during this time in Taiwan.
